Commodity Management
Formulate cross functional levers for Supplier performance, innovation, performance improvement and sustainable growth with key stakeholder validation. Drives Efficiency and productivity projects .
Assess and manage the supplier base to ensure flawless sourcing in terms of quality, supply chain, financial risk and contractual discipline. Deliver on all operational and strategic KPI.
Assess and manage multiple risk factors along the supply chain, e.g. currency risks, supplier risks, regulatory risks, etc.
Support & align development and execution of categories strategy. Support Regional negotiation
Maintain and track performance dashboard; accountable for the consolidated clusters productivity performance
Share Strategy, Supplier base and best practices with the organization.
Develop and mentor a strong team and drive succession planning for key role.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or business related course with Procurement Background
