The Job:
You will be responsible for :
Developing and executing sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams across the organisation and maintaining existing relationships with strategic suppliers.
Actively drive continuous improvement in sourcing approaches and optimising cost through analysis of categories of spend and negotiations with vendors.
Ensuring that contracts and necessary due diligence is appropriate
Determining best-in-class processes in order to drive lower cost while improving service levels.
Overseeing vendor management and reviewing them against defined metrics
Monitoring and renegotiating contract renewal within timelines
Conducting market analysis and using insights for benchmarking
The Profile:
You have at least 4 years experience as a Buying/ Procurement role.
You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
You are a strong, proactive team player who makes full use of resources provided.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing, fast-paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You have strong organisational and prioritising skills.
