Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and continuously improve designs for the company's graphics, animation, audio, and video content;
Design marketing and communication collaterals such as flyers, brochures, posters, tarpaulins, stickers, t-shirt, business cards, among others, for branding;
Layout publication materials online and on print such as announcements, advisories, infographics, infomercials, product features, and newsletters/bulletin;
Create relevant content for the website and social media;
Coordinate with printing suppliers and ensure the quality of works in collaboration with them;
Other tasks that may be assigned, including the provision of services and work as required by other divisions.
The Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management is looking for a MULTIMEDIA ARTIST with good background and strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Premiere Pro, and other editing programs; can conceptualize and execute communication plans for both print and online platforms, and has an affinity for creative processes and outputs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Art and Design, Digital/Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, or any related field.
At least one (1) year of working experience in graphic design and video editing.
With at least four (4) hours of training relevant to the job.
Amenable to work in Paco, Manila.
