Requirements:
Interested candidates who wish to apply for hiring are required to submit the following documents to the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD):
» Application letter (indicating the position and place of assignment where the vacancy exists);
» Resume (with character reference);
» Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) -2017 revised form with recent passport size (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) picture with complete and handwritten name tag and signature over printed name.
» Work practice Sheet;
» Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR);
» Authenticated Copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ PRC License;
» Most recent performance rating/IPCR,IPAR;
» Copy of Employment Certificates with actual tasks and responsibilities;
» Copy of Training Certificates;
» Data Privacy Consent form and
» Background Investigation Waiver
candidates for reappointment (promotion/renewal) are required to submit the following:

Procurement Service - DBM The Procurement Service (PS) was created on October 18, 1978 by virtue of Letter of Instructions (LOI) No. 755 which directed the establishment of an integrated procurement system for the national government and its instrumentalities. The mechanics of the PS system were earlier tested and validated from 1976 to 1978 in an experimental implementation of a centralized form of procurement on a limited basis. On July 28, 1987 the President issued Executive Order No. 285 reiterating the mandate of LOI 755 by abolishing the General Services Administration and transferring the procurement and price monitoring functions of the Supply Coordination Office to the PS. Subsequently, on June 02, 1989 the President issued Executive Order No. 359 which prescribed the systematic expansion of the PS through a network of regional depots under a governing Procurement Policy Board.
The PhilGEPS is government's leading tool in procurement management and its prime mover in promoting transparency and efficiency in public procurement. Information technology is the Philippine government's central portal for registration of suppliers and advertisement of bid opportunities.
