Job Description
Manage vendor invoicing and payments according to company policy
Support general site activities to ensure smooth project execution and collaborate with other teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely procurement and delivery
Expedite suppliers for material/equipment to meet delivery schedules
Regularly visit at suppliers' factories to check the actual progress and forecast schedules
Review and expedite documents such as packing list, invoices for local customs clearance
Manage material and inventory control, delivery and receipt and materials storage
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Projects as an EPC Contractor or End User
Experience in managing suppliers including expediting, negotiating contracts and overseeing contract work
Proficiency in English communication; Proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
