Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
With PRC license is an advantage.
Experience in Purchasing or working directly with Purchasing Department
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Good negotiation skills.
Experience in SAP MM an advantage.

Job Description:
Source new potential Supplier
Canvass and negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedule
Recommend alternative materials or services to be used
Research, study and make recommendation for the savings and improvement of materials and/ services assigned
Coordinates with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Prepares Purchase Order and Contract for the materials/services needed by the company
Monitors price changes and make necessary recommendations
Coordinates with corresponding unit for the accreditation of materials
Initiates evaluation of materials on regular basis
Initiates accreditation of Supplier
Receives pertinent document from Supplier that is needed in accreditation
Maintain good working relationship with Suppliers.
Meets with the Suppliers to discuss the performance and improvement needed for the services and to validate the Statement of Account for payment processing
