The Role
As a Procurement Department Head, you will oversee and monitor the performance of all the Procurement Officers and staff. Negotiate for non-standard items for best value for least possible cost.
How you'll contribute
Oversee and monitor the performance of the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery of requirements within turn-around time.
Source, negotiate and place orders based on the requirements and to deliver best value for the bank in terms of cost and benefit.
Ensure compliance to policy and observe impartiality in all transactions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Mass Communications, or other related field.
Well-rounded experience in supply chain cycle and procurement strategies for at least 8 years and up.
Good negotiation and monitoring skills.
