Job Description:
- Monitors Purchase requests for processing, assists proponent's queries on PR
- Assists in shortlisting of bidders, assessment of vendor's capability/capacity
- Assists in preparation of invitation to bid based on approved PS, secure confirmation or decline letter from bidders, assists during pre-bid conference
-Assists in solicitation of bids and receipt of bids
- PO creation and printing in SAP
-Prep[ares monthly reports
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business related courses
- Preferably with experience in Procurement
- Proficient in MS applications
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
