Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics and other related/equivalent courses.
At least 1 year of experience in Procurement & Sales functions and procedures.
Have work experience in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
Ensure books and databases are up to date and accurate.
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
In-charge of documentation, filing and clerical tasks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
