JUNIOR BUYER (PR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and Manage Purchase Orders
Validate and Purchase Requisitions
Resolve Administrative issues related to PO (1st level of escalation)
Support Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFQ) in e-procurement tool
Support in the resolution of PO related invoice issue
Monitor supplier performance
Support preparation of supplier's negotiations
Create monthly reports on supplier KPI's and Procurement KPI's
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent
Fresh graduates will be considered
Relevant experience in SAP environment is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Cebu
