College Graduate
Must be with experience in field & paperworks
Preferably female

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transfer of titles at Registry of Deeds (RD)
Transfer tax, tax receipt, tax clearance, and certified true copies at Municipal & Provincial Assessor
Prepares and complies important documents for submission to different government agencies for compliance such as:
Tax dec of lot transfer
Tax dec of bldg. transfer
Certificate of Authorizing Authority (forms 1606, 2000-OT, 2000, 0605) (CAR)
Annual assessment of business permit
Annual tax payment of each project and Governor's permit Accreditation
Prepares and facilitates notarization
Entertain and prepares application forms for HDMF Applicants
Monitor, call and gather completion of requirements needed
Submit complete compiled documents and assist buyers after loan proceeds released
Coordinate with Accounting, Marketing, Admin, and Engineering Departments to monitor pre-requisite requirements on every transactions such as:
Equity
House completion
Move in buyers
With bldg. permits
With occupancy permits
With transfer tax payments
Annual Tax reminders for payment for each buyer's newly released tax dec of lot and bldg.
Update status report on each transaction of buyers
Monitor and update the expenses of each buyer
Bank compliance of collaterals
