QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical or any related course
With at least one (1) year experience in machine operation in a food processing plant set-up
Must have basic trouble shooting and repair skills
Ability to read and understand technical manuals
Must have strong work ethic with the desire to succeed and advance with a growing company
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi task
Have a good knowledge of mechanical devices
Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices and testing equipment
Able to lift a maximum of 40kg
Familiarity with different mechanical and electrical parts
Committed to quality, safety and communication
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up and calibrate machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order
Control and adjust the functions and setting of machines to specified parameter
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production
Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
Monitor machine during every production to ensure optimum running
Troubleshoot and repair problems during machine operation
Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out
Perform safety check on every machine
Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output
Create and maintain activity logs
Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisor
Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production
Communicate machine trouble with DP Engineering team
Perform other task which may be assigned from time to time
