Qualifications
College Graduate of any field
2+ years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO setup supporting healthcare insurance, medical billing or alike
2+ years experience in contact center operations
Mandatory Skills
Good communication skills (Read, Write, Speak)
Experience in Training
Excellent Coaching & People Management Skills
People Management Skills
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge of US banking regulations and Ring fence transfer scheme preferred
Willingness to work in shifts
Process Knowledge Trainable Skills
