The Process Mining Solutions Leader (Senior Manager, Business Analysis) is part of the Celonis Center of Excellence to which the role is tasked to lead a team of Senior Analysts and Data Engineers in driving successful designs and implementation of the Celonis systems to meet country business requirements. The Celonis Technical Lead will manage all technical support requests as well as drive analysis to capture measurable business impact. The role functionally reports to the Business Transformation Head. What You Bring to the Role: Business Operations Management People Management Stakeholder Management The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications: Minimum of a 4 year degree Minimum of 5 years people manager experience preferably managing a technical team of Developers, Engineers and Analysts. 8 to 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience in Data Mining & Analytics. Experience working in a multinational company with exposure on leading other cultures Technical Knowledge & Skills: Experience Agile Project Manager, PMP certified preferred Sound understanding of data, infrastructure, data warehouse, data modelling and analytics Sound understanding of consolidation principles and reporting in a large multinational environment. Confirmed Technical Program Lead for Celonis deployment in official work assignment Celonis Solutions Professional trained & Certified Customer and Industry Knowledge: Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus Evidenced desire to work in Big Data, Data Mining and Process Mining With experience in facilitating classes/knowledge transfers: explanation of business processes and rules, illustration of the ERP functionalities *This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
