About The Role
Role Location: Solaris One, Makati City
Role Type: Permanent full-time
Shift Schedule: Day shift
As the Process Lead (Markets Officer) for Asia Settlements, you will:
Process markets product operations, including markets transaction processing, verification, reporting and administrative tasks relevant
Understand and ensure compliance with internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory/statutory requirements, which includes prompt reporting of risk events, appropriate implementation of Operational Risk policies, ensure accountability for fraud and risk mitigation, etc.
Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in a prompt time frame to ensure that Bank is not exposed to potential losses.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Product knowledge or experience in Market Operations (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives)
Experienced in utilizing bank processes including payments, settlements, and inter-bank clearing
Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with customers in English
