Mission
As the Process Improvement Associate, you are meticulous, energetic and have a passion for customer service, training and quality.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for monitoring in an objective manner on all customer contact points.
End to end responsibility of process improvement activities including, but not limited to, quality
evaluations, tools testing/automation reports, and process evaluation. * Ensure all quality reports are done in a timely manner.
Design and implements reports to establish patterns and trends of quality issues as they may arise.
Able to provide quantifiable data to all quality judgments that are made.
Evaluate cases and audit for errors. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Implement appropriate corrective actions. * Update the process manuals, process flows and knowledge repository and maintain QA log files at an
individual level * Create/Present reports and analysis on Quality data and or improvements, Data Analysis.
Creates Action plans/items, initiatives, and recommendations to improve the team and program
performance
The Ideal Candidate:
Above average verbal and written English communication skills. Must have Language proficiency (incl. Grammar and Structural Language Functions, Pronunciation, etc.)
QA Background is a plus
Must be knowledgeable in GSuite applications with above average knowledge on Sheets and Slides.
Must have no issues with attendance and have a positive work attitude AT ALL TIMES. Willing to work
overtime, during weekends, and holidays. * Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, and QA Management Concepts.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize
