Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve CS team content development processes
Lead customer support related projects for internal and external process
Create and maintain customer support tools
Create and maintain a report based on customer support metrics
Set up Webhook integration for internal process purposes
Set up an internal workflow to improve internal process
Work with chatbot team to revamp and maintain the process
Work with global support team create FAQ content
Work with the design team to improve help center UI
Requirements
3 years of experience in setting up customer support tools
Flexible in working in different time zones as a part of the global team
A meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of English grammar and punctuation
Quick learner, self-driven, and result-oriented
Having a basic understanding of HTML or Script is a plus
Good communication skills in English
Highly organized and ability to manage several projects & tasks simultaneously
