SNAPSHOT OF THE ROLE:
The Process Improvement Analyst serves as a junior consultant for assigned departments in defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling processes, practices, and organizational effectiveness. This position focuses on supporting the Sr. Analysts and Process Improvement Manager in project management, project coordination, clerical and technical support to projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various points of contact and subject matter experts in understanding procedures, technical specifications, and other relevant documented information.
Maintain control of documented information in alignment with the standards for Quality Management
Measure process effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, make detailed recommendations and measure impact of changes
Analyze, interpret, and present data using descriptive and comparative analytics
Conduct process compliance assessments relative to improvement data collection, in-depth analysis and control
Perform other miscellaneous duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 year College Undergraduate in Technical Writing, Communications, or any related degree field
At least 1 year industry experience in Documentation and Customer Experience
Background in Project Management is a plus
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS SharePoint
Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to issues
