PROCESS HOUSE MANAGER
Qualifications:
College degree in Chemical Engineering with license
At least 5 years experience in sugar manufacturing or related field
Responsibilities:
The incumbent sets the goals and objectives for the Process House Department to ensure optimal performance of the sugar manufacturing process.
Responsible for developing and implementing plans and programs to achieve the goals and objectives of the fabrication department, ensuring effective operations in both milling and off-season repairs.
Implements Company policies develop and implement agreed safety and pollution control programs to reduce employee accidents, property damage and improve working conditions.
Manages by providing leadership, developing employees, identifying issues and obstacles to success, and meeting customer needs, thus ensuring that the department achieves its goals and objectives.
