Key Responsibilities:
Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business.
Maximises the impact of transactional sales through effective probingand lead qualification.
Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers.
Tracks competitor information and market trends and suggests required action.
Formulates and manages service contracts with customers.
Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned accounts.
Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations.
Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
Is typically responsible for supporting a small/medium size impact client base in any size cluster.
Who do we look for:
With at least 2 years work experience in shipping, logistics or BPO as long as with customer service experience/customer facing.
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any course,
Amenable to work in graveyard shift and hybrid set up.
Knowledgeable with basic computer applications and navigation.
Fluent in English and Filipino.
Comfortable with non-voice business transactions
