This position will support the cluster Sales team and centre trade and marketing
teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy,
goals, policies and processes.
This position will be responsible in leading a team who will own Key Client Business
Accounts and will be responsible for end to end delivery of the account's
requirements. This will include Quoting, tendering, BAF calculation & contract
maintenance, FMC filing handing and contract management activities. Will act as a
single point of contact for all deliverables and/or concerns coming from Sales
Account Owners of the accounts under his/her scope.

Key Responsibilities
Own Tender accounts E2E and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account
being handled
 Own the calculation and update of the BAF adjustments per trigger period
 Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers
 Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
 Focal point for Clusters act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific
customer
 Responsible for the timely and correct filing of freetime and other contract
maintenance activities
 Provide clear visibility to Sales and manage other stakeholders' expectations through
timely and clear replies to all emails
Who we are looking for
Master or Bachelor degree from recognized university.
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales and Performance
Management
 The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
 Detail oriented - ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design
 With strong Customer Service Mindset
 Knowledge of Tenders and Global freight forwarders systems
 Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
 Basic knowledge on quotes / tenders is an advantage
 Good presentation and Microsoft excel skills
 Must have a critical analytical skills / foresee challenges
