Supports the sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in line
with the organisational strategy, goals, policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery-Excellent knowledge of Sales end to end processes
High Competence on selling, negotiation skills and identifying right customer to upsell Maersk products. Carry out all activities in a manner which will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls to persuade them to purchase companies products and services.
Generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to win the business opportunity.
Participate in the regular engagement meetings/calls with team, different Sales verticals/team, Cluster contacts, Regional contact, peers, and other applicable parties.
Nurture a positive working relationship across functions and locations.
Work on resolution of issues and through consistent coordination with the appropriate persons from different processes and verticals. Serve as back-up for processes/tasks handled by other focals within the Area Sales and One Team Sales.
Work with peers and managers across Sales Community Team to standardize processes and implement best practices
Required Education/Work Experience
BS Graduate
Functional knowledge of Sales and upselling principles, desktop applications and systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, able to work in a team environment, good with figures, accurate, capable of working with high level of passion and motivation
Ability to successfully adapt to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines
Willingness to take on stretched goals and to go above and beyond for urgent work requirements
Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
