Key Responsibilities
To ensure that amendments are immediately processed, followed by verbatim conversions of TDIs into verify copy(ies) within legal stipulations, according to customer requirements and matching Maersk Standards.
Job Specific:
Process TDIs into Verify Copies very strictly on FIFO basis & send to the customer.
Amendment related tasks:
 Prioritize amendments in the queue
 Ensure re-amendments reach near-zero levels
 If specific amendment is noticed , same is registered with Team Leaders for update in TNP
 Ensure the amendment requests update in GCSS do not against customs rules and regulation which updated in Global Service Catalogue and TNP
Ensure NO variation from TDI (unless mentioned otherwise in TNP)to all possible extent
Ensure error free inputs in PS stage in accordance with TNP/ Legal stipulations.
Follow special variations, exceptions and customer specific requests (when updated) in GCSS through 'Quick Steps'.
Certificates related tasks:
 Create 'certificates' and attach to workflow system/website
 Ensuring certificates are factual in their contents
 Ensuring certificates are presented in pre-approved Mærsk format
 Ensure its legal to provide such a certificate
Update WORKFLOW SYSTEM on "running time" basis.
Use Workflow system Monitors as a diagnostic tool to identify areas of improvement
Handling combines / split b/ls booking.
Issuance related tasks:
 Ensure only the legally correct bills are issued, matching customer requirements & in line with Mærsk standards guidance related to our transport documents.
 Ensuring all pertinent GCSS tasks are correctly closed before issuance
 Facilitate auto-issuance to cover most of the bills by ensuring tasks are correctly closed in time and by correct team(s)
 Ensure no bill issued manual with any un-acceptable clauses filed in legal home page Legal home page
Who we are looking for
Good inter-personal and communication skill and a keen sense for details.
Excellent skills in written business communications.

Good knowledge of Excel and related macros.
