Operations Management
Bridge between the CD & Supply Chain partners to lock in goals from orders to cash
Facilitate servicing governance calls & ensure follow through on action points
Facilitate hyper peak calls and manage operations to zero out customer complains & low OSA
Address issues raised by CD team & conversely by supply chain team
Create proactive action points & launch projects to ensure continuous improvement on operations
Leads governance of third-party administrative aides
Process Excellence
Red Book management
Update the processes in the red book
Document the new process through the usage of the DMAIC framework
Land the controls test for all the controls operators
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent stakeholder management skills
With strong attention to detail regarding documentation
With leadership, management, and analytical skills
Must be dynamic, agile, and has passion for excellence
