Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Improvement: Conducting current-state process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and developing solutions to streamline operations.
Project Leadership: Leading process improvement initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring successful implementation of process changes.
Methodology Application: Utilizing tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Developing metrics and reporting to track process performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
