Process EngineerTSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC.

Participates in the development, formulation, and implementation of process requirements, standard operating procedures according to international standards and customer specifications. Submits output for approval to implementation.
Performs evaluation and analysis of methods for quality and productivity concerns.
Provides data with first level analysis to Production/QA/Planning for further analysis towards improvement (includes monitoring and feedback of abnormalities).
Verifies the conduct of Planning for Product Realization and its implementation
Prepares inspection items and criteria
Plans, reviews and conducts Quality education (awareness), GR&R for inspectors and common Quality programs regularly.
Represents the company in customer process audits
Conducts performance evaluation, coaching, discipline and training work schedules of subordinates.
Performs evaluation and qualification of machines, equipment, tools and other devices.
Conducts set-up, installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of machines, tools and equipment. Updates charts to monitor its performance
Designs and fabricates simple tools and jigs for production use.
Requests and controls inventory of machine, tools, jigs, spare parts and other consumables
Conducts technical orientation and qualification of machine personnel
