Implements standard RM/PM warehousing procedures, work instructions, and training of all RM/PM warehouse assistants.
Prepares RM/PM based on weekly production schedule with provision to accommodate incoming rush and urgent orders.
Coordinates with the Inventory Control Supervisor on substitution of raw materials in case of unavailability.
Conduct weekly and monthly physical inventory to reconcile stock record and actual RM stock on hand in the warehouse.
Recommends measures, draws up a plan of action to improve manpower and machine efficiency in the section for proper implementation of the company's continuous improvement program.
Submit weekly & monthly RM usage and inventory to Plant Manager/Supervisor and Inventory Control Supervisor.
Coordinates with the Maintenance Engineer on machine and equipment corrective maintenance and repairs.
Develop chemical processes to improve manufacturing processes and quality of products.
Design and coordinate the installation of equipment and systems for chemical production.
Manage and monitor the operation of chemical plants to ensure safety and efficiency.
Analyze data and perform experiments to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues.
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering
Strong knowledge of chemical processes and principles
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Proficiency in using software and technology relevant to the field
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
