Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals. Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
As a Process Engineer, you will be in charge of analyzing current processes, finding potential areas for improvement, and developing and putting new procedures into place to meet operational requirements. They cooperate closely with other engineers and technicians to guarantee that quality requirements are met and the process is functioning as planned.
Implement all efficiency programs by Primary Production aligned with the group's initiatives, projects and other local losses & cost reduction, optimization efforts to contribute to savings generation from these programs.
Consistent reporting of Primary Production efficiency program status, losses reduction, KPI monitoring and quantitative generated savings.
Analyze daily and monthly KPI efficiency data, trends and recommend solutions on deviations.
Recommend other efficiency programs and tools applicable according to group best practice and technical operation platform.
Process training of Primary Production operation team to increase level of competency to operate an efficient plant.
Design of DCS Control Philosophy for equipment automations and other improvement projects.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 1 - 3 years experience in chemical process related operations or production will be an added advantage.
Possess SIX SIGMA Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in process simulations.
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
