PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Scope
Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
Determine process approaches and parameters.
Manage customer complaints and Incident Reporting.
Implements the set procedures and work instructions for the specific activities.
Conduct time study and cost benefit analysis.
Drives quality improvement activities and performs quality training.
Ensures activities that complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001.
Conduct audits for new and existing processes and risk assessment as deemed necessary.
Propose, review and evaluate processes.
Competency Requirements
Must be an Engineering graduate, preferably Industrial Engineering.
With minimum 1 year of relative work experience.
Deep knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 system and implementation.
Familiar with process mapping and formulation of process flow charts.
Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Quality driven and keen to details.
