Primary Functions:
Drives operational excellence, provides overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
With at least 2 years hands on experience in die attach, wirebond and encapsulation processes, equipment set-up and optimization particularly on metal can and PCBA assembly related processes.
Versatile and fast learner. Must have positive disposition. Good leadership skills and results
oriented. * Preferably knowledgeable on fixtures/jigs design for die attach and wire bond carriers/boats as well as 6-sigma
is an added advantage.
