Primary Functions:
Drives operational excellence, provides overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield and quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Mechatronics Engineering.
Fresh graduates with above average academic records may be considered.
Experience in electronics and automation design, hands on & troubleshooting an advantage.
Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is a plus.
Must be versatile, fast learner, with positive disposition, good leadership skills and results oriented.
