Autonomous Mobility and Safety (AMS)
Job Description
1. Perform line set up activities such as: (lean Six Sigma, lean clever automation), line movement, new line set up and line modifications.
2. New Assembly machine set up, movement, relyout, and insertion to line, including machine simulation, qualification and re-qualification, study of process capability Cpk and machine Capability Cmk.
3. Automation projects (PLC, electrical wirings, mechanical designs) from prototype qualification to mass production in order to improve quality and productivity.
4. Perform and support preventive maintenance activities of all equipments, tools, jigs and fixtures to improve efficiency, implementation of check sheet and system update, provide assembly equipment master list for calibration and provide data for internal customer, external customer and ISO audit.
5. Equipment management that includes, analysis, repair, maintenance, replacement, optimization, evaluation and performance checking and parts monitoring to improve process and material handling and delivery.
6. Equipment layout update and engineering drawings creation used in innovation team set-up and fabrications including dimensions and fits.
7. Perform line support for series parts, NPL, PPAP and engineering sample runs, as well as external support. For line Sustaining duties, responsibilities are according to KPI's like OEE, FPY, Scrap, inventory, documentations like OI, FV, VSD and PF and all other reponsibilities thereafter as decided by management directive. Support Continues Improvement using Problem solving techniques, CBS, Six Sigma, FMEA, Control plan
8. Perform fix asset and scrap management activities.
9. To comply with the company's code of conduct, policies.
10. And all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements
11. Communication with external counterparts to support product development like NPL, PPAP and engineering samples.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). FPY, Scrap, Inventory, Ideas Management
Availability or Uptime, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) , Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Assist (MTTA).

Job Requirements
Prepare production machines prior to start-up of operations.
Stop the line in case of abnormal situation.
Evaluation, engineering report generation to quality issues encountered
Documentation Control Plan, FMEA, OI, PF, VSD, FV, Checklist, PM plan, Log sheet, Matrix, Evaluation report, DOE, Cpk, Cmk, MSA,
Makes the necesssary controls on the equipment to ensure that quality is at standard level prior to turnover to production after repair.
Owner of Scrap performance analysis, Data analysis and engineering evaluations using Problem solving techniques like DMAIC, Six Sigma, Fisbone Diagram, Why why Analysis, brainstorming.
Participate in technical projects and/or activities such as implementation of Autonomous
Maintenance and Systematic Maintenance to optimize maintenance work, improve maintenance
procedures and achieve maintenance-related KPI's/targets (e.g., Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Unplanned Downtime, Equipment Availability or Uptime, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) , Mean Time
Between Failures (MTBF), Meant Time to Assist (MTTA), etc.)
Optimize production machines/ handler utilization.
Focus Area:
Assembly 2 machines: Riveting, Caulking, Heat stake, Leak test, Screwing, Pin checker, Packing, Foil Attach
Support Area:
Assembly 1 machines: Screwing, Depaneling, milling, Soldering, AOI, Lacquering, Oven
Assembly 1 machines: Screwing, Depaneling, milling, Soldering, AOI, Lacquering, Oven
All other tasks that production and / or superior requires under the job function of Process engineering.
Leads Team of different departments to achieve OEE targets from SMD Front of line to Back end line.
Leads in analyzing, improving and implementing Maintenance tasks to maintenance personnel to maintain and improve Uptime and availability of all concerned machines for production.
Implement and maintain 5S in own work area and on production machine/test handler during and after
troubleshooting and repair.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, quality, etc.) as needed in relation to
improvement activities, standard work, workplace design, continuous flow, visual management as
well as support predictive quality.
Report results and escalate abnormalities according to the escalation procedures.
Participate actively in the daily start-up meetings of Autonomous Team Process and Maintenance Team.
Follow safety and environmental guidelines and standards.
Follow established company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and code of ethics/conduct.
Follow specific laws and internal regulations regarding work safety and the environmental policy of
the company.
Conduct, asses, oversee training plan for operations on production level.
Maintains to be a subject matter expert to his assigned responsibility (expertise)
