About the role
The position will be responsible for the yield analysis and automation of the process.
What you will do
Process development and initiative implementation;
Yield Analysis and Improvement;
Automation of Process;
Implementation of Poka-Yoke Solution
Process Control Improvement;
Process Integration and Simplification;
Generate Cost Effectiveness Programs;
Improvement of SPC System; FMEA, Control Plan to ensure process robustness;
Material set (BOM) improvement and Innovation
8D analysis on Excursions; Customer complaints and Sporadic Issues
Machine trouble shooting and development (i.e TNF, Laser marking, AOI)
What you will need
Graduate of Engineering Course (BSME; BSECE; BSEE);
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics or Semiconductor Industry.
Expert in Trim and Form process, Laser Marking; AOI inspection. Reflow processes
Advance knowledge in Statistics, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Control Plan, MPCpS.
Certification on Six-Sigma is an advantage
