Primary Functions:
Drives operational excellence.
Provides overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Mechatronics Engineering
With at least 5 years experience in manufacturing set up or fresh graduate with above average academic records.
Good in electronics design and automation design, hands-on & trouble shooting.
Versatile and fast learner.
Must have positive disposition
Good leadership skills and results oriented.
Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantage.
