Primary Function:
Drives operational excellence, provides overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation's performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering * With at least 3 years' experience as Test Engineer responsible for designing and implementing the tests that ensure the quality and the functionality of a product
Good in electronics design, hands-on & trouble shooting, Six Sigma trained is an advantage * Versatile and fast learner
Must have positive disposition
Good leadership skills and results oriented * Experience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantage
