Description * Job Summary:
Provide support to production in the sustenance and improvement of product assembly, by performing activities for the development and maintenance of manufacturing methods, and processes to ensure high productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
*Corresponds with the customer regarding technical issues and concerns related to the assembly processes of the products.
*Performs orientation for the process
*Generates process flow or rework flow for every products
*Perform continuous process improvement by introducing new materials, processes, tools, and jigs / fixtures.
*Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the Process Engineering Head and Operations Manager after due training/ qualification
*Set safety measures in the line.
*Monitors the implementation of 7S at his/her area of responsibility.
*Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Qualifications
Male/ Female
*Must be Engineering Graduate (BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering and other related Engineering courses.)
*With working experience is a plus
*Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
*Good analytical ability
Proficient in written and verbal communication
*Possess good decision making skill
*Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques
*Can work with minimum supervision.
*Keen observant and rational thinker.
*Knowledgeable on MS Office particularly Excel, MS word and Power point
*Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
*Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao/ Calamba, Laguna
