Job Descriptions
Develops process specifications, control plan, work instructions and other process documents in collaboration with the customers.
Monitors the yield and parts per million (defect) level of the products and initiate immediate improvement actions in cases where the yield or ppm level hits below the established trip point limit.
Formulates and implement continuous improvement programs for increased yield, productivity and operation efficiency.
Analyzes and troubleshoots line issues affecting quality, yield and decreased efficiency/cost.
Works with customers for New Product Introduction, conducts qualifications, manufacturing validation until the new product is qualified for mass production.
Establishes process control and monitoring tools such as Statistical Process Control Charts to achieve a robust and predictable process.
Leads the qualification of new equipment, materials and/ or methodology.
Reports yield, ppm level, process capability and other process indices together with recommendations on how to improve the overall performance of the operations.
Conducts process training for new personnel.
Supports the management in the implementation of proper housekeeping, company policies, rules and regulations.
Implements 5S in the working area.
Creates, implements and adheres to the code of discipline set for and as compliance to EICC/RBA.
Performs related functions as maybe assigned by Immediate Superiors.
Experience:
Production Supervisor for Tape and Reel: 2 years (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
