Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations by adequately monitoring the ingredients preparation and blending processes and ensuring that all tasks are carried out accurately and precisely as stated on the Standard Batching
- Monitors and reports to the Manager status of all ingredients accounted to the Blending Section for proper disposition.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting the processing flow results on shift production summaries.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data relevant to all raw materials' daily stocks movement accounted to the Blending Section.
- Responsible for updating all inventory records through the Database System.
- Observes control points and equipment and reports to the Manager all discrepancies noted.
- Coordinate manning and scheduling of the Personnel.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or other related business courses.
- With at least two years of experience in the food manufacturing industry focusing on process and people supervision
- With in-depth knowledge and immense understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and controls, supervision, coaching
- Basic and advanced knowledge of food and food production systems, food safety, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, QA/QC in the food industry
- Intellectually competent with excellent analysis and judgment
- With high ethical standard and interpersonal skills
