Description
1. Responsible for stator leads assembly yield monitoring, defect analysis and process improvements.
2. In charge for stator leads assy preproduction and mass production of returning models.
3. In charge for pending FGS with quality issues disposition negotiation.
4. Responsible for PFMEA,ITN,WI, VAD and Control plan generation of mass pro models.
5. In charge for drawing request revisions as result of mass pro model production.
6. In charge of in process defect evaluations and supplier's special acceptance request.
7. In charge for Fail cost monitoring and improvements.
8. Monitors process technician performance, attendance and tardiness.
9. Support in countermeasure and analysis generation for in-process, OBA and CS claims.
10. Perform other duties that may be assigned on a case to case basis by superiors.
11. SAP In-charge for Process Engineering Location.
12. Prepares weekly/monthly report.
