Description
1. Conduct monitoring and laboratory data interpretation and analyses of the systems including DIW supply quality analysis extending towards the point of use or manufacturing floors.
2.Provide recommendation for improvement on the systems in terms of quality of water produce and cost of operation and maintenance.
3. Submit daily report and immediate escalation of any issues that will impact TIPI operations concerning systems operation.
4. Provide 24 hours technical consulting if systems are out of control.
5. Oversee the quality of operation and maintenance of the whole systems
6. Conduct a monthly, quarterly, and yearly management review with TIPI representative regarding the operation and maintenance of the systems.
7. Perform Statistical Process Controls (SPC) of the systems as a standard procedure to ensure reliability and efficiency of the systems.
8. Ensure that TIPI complies with EMB/DENR standards.
9. Shall regularly attend a scheduled weekly meeting for Operations and Maintenance and/or other meetings scheduled thereof
10. Recommended and initiate solutions affecting normal normal equipment/ process operations as well and improvement and optimization in the system.
11. Demonstrate technical creativity by designing, documenting and communicating recommendations for equipment operataion/process and other improvements in the system.
12. Provide recommendations and improvement on the systems in terms of quality of water produced and cost of operations and maintenance.
13. Submit weekly and daily analysis report and immediate escalation of any issue that will impact TIPI operation concenring systems operations. Submit weekly tool monitoring and water consumption to TIPI facilities representative
14. Supprt Enercon/ DIY/ Cost initiatives and other waste reduction oppurtunities, tracks systems performance and efficiency
15. Effectively drives 5's initiatives and other 5's extended programs. Performs other administrative duties and responsibilities required and etc.,
