Description * Duties and Responsibilities
 Sets key objective to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.
 Keep track of the status of all project in his/her section by setting monitoring scheme to achieve timely execution of projects.
 Ensure projects are prioritized according to the needs of the company and the end customers.
 Review Validation Protocol and Results.
 Review result of Risk Management and Post Production Protocols and Results.
 Ensures that ISO, 5S, Safety and GMP are observed by his/her section at all times.
 Develops procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly in order to achieve business plan.
 Coordinate all projects and delegates work to subordinates and entrust responsibilities and authorities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in any Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical); LICENSED; With at least 5-8 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing specializing PLC.
