Process Engineer II ensures New product evaluation is implemented and sustained, thru strict compliance to customer requirements using TS approach. He/She is able to sustain and improve quality and productivity thru process evaluation for production continuity. He/She also develops and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Thus, reducing manufacturing defects through abnormality analysis and generation of countermeasures.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Has at least 3 years of previous working experience from a related field (i.e. Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:

To lead research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
To train and guide Engineer I in making new product pre-production requirements Based from Advanced Production Quality Planning.
To analyze process and product evaluation result and make recommendations on improvement area.
To verify new product mass-production activities to confirm consistency with reference to pre-production evaluation results.
Communicate quality issues and improvement items to supplier/vendor.
To evaluate jigs and tools design for new product to meet requirements.
Conduct licensing system for critical processes on area of responsibility.
To measure production/process capability.
Abnormality analysis for manufacturing defect reduction - full responsibility of the shift in terms of immediate investigation, corrections, and plan for corrective actions in any abnormality encountered by the line.
Take full responsibility of the implementation of measures to prevent recurring of defects.
Provides manufacturing decision-making information in all outflow defects.
Computes return of investment (ROI) and study financial status (losses and gains) on every activity being planned and executed.
Imposing penalties to those who violate against approved instruction manual, approved process guidelines and procedures.
Act as a line leader in the event that production suffers inadequacy of staff due to inevitable circumstances like natural calamities, or high rate of absences.
Standardize activity through provision/revision of Instruction Manual (IM), updating the PFMEA, Control plan and submit closure report of specific abnormality.
