Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Electronics /Industrial /Electrical /Computer Engineering
• Having previous related experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with background or training in PFMEA
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research; conferring with material and equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
2. Ability to prepare and well understand PFMEA, Control Plan and Process Flow, link and correlate this documents with actual manufacturing processes in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 standards
3. Ability to assure product and process quality by conducting testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment flow.
4. Ability to monitor and conduct 5 lots monitoring for new product transferred to mass production. Report monthly status of each 5 lots models and take action for each encountered top abnormalities with combined CFT's decision
5. Ability to prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends with the use of various statistical software.
6. Ability to design, evaluate and analyze Jigs and Tools needed for new product. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials
