REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
At least 1-2 years of working experience as Process Engineer in a manufacturing set-up
Applicants must be coming from a manufacturing company
Preferably with bachground in ISO work setting
Will perform line balancing and monitoring
Will allocate manpower
Will create production reports
Candidate must have an above average communication and coordination skills
With strong organizatoinal and analytical skills and leadership capability
Applicants must be willing to work in Biñan, Laguna
Full time position available
Can start immediately
Job Description:
1. Monitor, Encode and Analyze production performance through production yield rate and defect rate.
2. Provide root cause analysis, improvements and countermeasure for defects in model
3. Updates work instruction, guideline, procedure and other documents related to Quality Improvement and Customer Audit Findings.
4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
