JOB DESCRIPTION:
Drives / generates programs geared toward improvement in cost, productivity, and quality for manufacturing needs.
Attends to all customer issues, provides data analysis and corrective and preventive measures. Troubleshoots problems in manufacturing lines and responds to customer complaints on technical matters.
Is assigned special projects or programs to attain plant targets such as yield goals.
Generates and reviews process documents such as specifications and work standard guides to be used and implemented in production.
Ensures adherence to customer standards and recommends actions like stopping production and hold shipment if necessary to contain and correct quality problems.
Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of customers (internal or external).
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process, material, equipment who can conduct initial training for appropriate personnel in order to be familiarized and be certified.
Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
Supports & implements an environmental management system with respect to the job.
Ensures that SPC control charts are analyzed and process capability is assessed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of any Engineering course.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Process, New development / NPI, Equipment Engineering both Front of Line and End of Line, Pre-Assembly, SMT or Top Level Assembly processes from Semiconductor or Electronics Industry
Knowledge of assembly operations and project management with collaborative influence
Knowledge and use of statistical tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Machine Process Capability Study (MPCS) and good-problem solving skills
Must be willing to join the company immediately
