Your Role and Responsibilities
•Prepare, review, and/or post journal entries for accurate record keeping
•Prepare various reports and analysis as needed to support Payroll department
•Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliation of payroll related to GA accounts
•Prepare and maintain payroll accounting records for efficient access to information
•Examine, review, and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy
•Respond to inquires related to payroll for decision making process
•Understands month-end accounting close process and submits entries for approval to close each month
•Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decision based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology / Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Above average to excellent communication skills required in English and Spanish
At least 2-3 years of related experience
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of and experience with SAP, Peoplesoft, and other HRMS applications is an advantage
