Process Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst
14th month guaranteed

Day shift, Monday to Friday
Role Context
The position is responsible for supporting the PMO Manager in monitoring and auditing the IT projects. This is to ensure that management has complete visibility of the issues concerning the projects.
Implement governance standard across projects.
Promote adherence of projects to the processes.
Analyze data and project information and detect potential delivery excellence issues
Guide PMs in detecting risks and issues
Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion
Answer queries of Managers and Delivery Heads
Create Portfolio Status Reports and provide insights
Create CPI/SPI Reports
Create Monthly Metrics Dashboard
Plan audits for projects, production support work, and coordinate audit activities with key stakeholders.
Ensure that the schedule is workable for the project and still meet audit report targets.
Conduct interviews with the project team and gather relevant information to ensure that the activities are consistent across the team regardless of role.
Identify non-conformances during the document review and interviews and provide recommended solutions relevant to the project to address the gap
Follow through with the audit action items until the correction of all the non-conformities have been attained
Assist in analyzing the audit results based on the commonly raised non-conformances.
Ideal Candidate
At least 4 years of experience as a PMO Analyst and/or Process Compliance Auditor
Minimum 4 years of experience in project, technology or process management
Experienced in CMMI for Dev or CMMI for Services OR Experienced in Delivery Excellence.
Experience working with teams who uses Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in all MS Office suite of tools.
Knowledgeable in IT Metrics Reporting and Analysis.
Strong analytical skills, copes with complex situations using experience and skills to lead to the right outcome
Confident, professional and effective presenting ideas or reports with clarity
Organized and good at understanding the big picture while also having a keen eye for detail
Must possess a consulting mindset
