Identify, qualify, develop and configure robotics and process automation opportunities
Design, develop, and configure RPA process to meet end-to-end requirements on applications.
Design and develop automation opportunities via macro and sharepoint creation
EUC knowledge and experience (i.e. development and monitoring)
Monitoring the changes after implementing the feedback during development or testing phase while keeping the project specifications intact
Understanding the current process
Support training curriculum for client stakeholders (e.g. technology, process, train-the-trainer and online solutions)
Ensure communication within AXA's RPA governance on common process, methodology, tools and RPA principles
Contribute to the growth of the RPA practice in AXA Philippines including other Emerging Technologies
Conduct design and code reviews and take overall responsibility for quality and compliance
Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
Guide and continuously educate other technical developers on how to create RPA BOTs based on AXA's development standards and guidelines
Qualifications
Masters or Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 24 months of relevant professional experience
Project delivery using leading RPA software (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Open Span); UiPath development experience is a MUST
Broad understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and interested in skills building
Knowledge of process analysis, process design and process optimization
Understanding of the SDLC and Agile Development Methodologies
Awareness of design patterns and architecture
Development skills in SQL, Java and .Net
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
