• At least 10 years solid experience in Process/Operational Excellence, with preferred experience in Customer Experience and Customer Service transformation.
• A Certified Six Sigma professional is preferred
• Must understand technology and how systems work, experienced in Business Analysis and knowledgeable in Solutions Design
• Must have worked in a fast-paced and agile set-up, dealing with complex products and complex experiences
• Excellence communicator in both written and verbal scenarios
• An Industrial Engineering background is a plus
