Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible of month-end closing activities. Establish effective administration and effective follow up on month-end closing activities and prepare NTM yield report on the second working day of each month, compile other performance parameter reports with accurate information by the sixth day of each month. Close the month with common consent of related parties.
2. Responsible of monthly KPI Reporting
Generate monthly performance reports by using globally defined calculation methods. Analyse the data and identify improvement needed areas to share with the department and Management Team
3. Ensure daily production and machinery data is recorded into the system for performance monitoring. Accountable to gather data and provide accurate information upon request. Able to analyse breakdown reasons and prepare presentations. Accountable for supplying of comparison charts and status information for constant improvement
Acts as local admin for MII & MDC system and ensures its functionality
4. In line with continuous improvement concept:
- Defining, planning and coordinating Continuous Improvement & Mini Projects in the factory
- Coordinating major material issues with related parties and supporting material trials
- Accountable for coordination of 5S3R improvements in the factory
